Returns/Cancellation Policy 

Our policy lasts for 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

Cancellations (if applicable)
All saunas on www.stunningsaunas.com are made to order/bespoke. When placing an order on the site you are agreeing to a contract stating you understand products on the site fall into the Consumer Contract Regulations/ Bespoke.  Under these regulations there is no automatic right to cancel the supply of the goods under the CCRs and by refusing to go ahead with the contract, you, the consumer would be in breach of it.
You have a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of placing your bespoke sauna order with us.  If after 14 days you change your mind and wish to cancel, refunds will be at our discretion. If a refund is granted, we have the right to retain the costs lost whilst producing your order up unit the date of cancellation and, if applicable, we will/may refund the difference. If a cancellation is agreed, you will a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 working days. 
 
For all sauna accessories & heaters you have a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of placing your order with us. If you decide you do not wish to keep the item after you have installed the heater, this invalidates any return for refund unless the item is found faulty.  If the item is faulty please send an email to returns@stunningsaunas.com
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@stunningsaunas.com 
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at returns@stunnungsaunas.com to arrange.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
